Portraits from the Trenches

I’ve decided to throw throw caution to the wind and let the chips fall where they may and house all of my work under one roof. I photograph lots of different kinds of stuff and to be frank it never sat well with me labelling myself as only a wedding photographer or only a portrait photographer, street photographer etc.

I see myself (pretentious as it may sound) as a creative who is expressing himself with a camera, mostly spontaneously and from the heart. Shooting so much variety means my work as a whole is benefits. This isn’t something I want to hide away. This is something I want to share.

This new way of doing things also means I don’t have to fuss between a dozen brain social media accounts and websites. In the end that all became a pain in the ass and pulled me in a whole bunch of different directions at once. So I’m gonna go with what feels natural.

I’ve adhered to idea of separating everything for a long time and frankly it annoys me. I just want to post whatever I want. I’m a creative. I’ve done real jobs. I’ve towed the line and paid my dues. The reason I got into doing what I do now is so I can abandon those absurd constraints.

With that in mind I hope you enjoy the site guys.

Here are some pics I took of my boy today.
