The Morning after the Queen Died: Street Photography at the Palace

The Street Thief on INSTAGRAM | YOUTUBE

HRH Queen Elizabeth II passed away last week. The following day I headed into town and Buckingham Palace to capture what was going on. As for the Queen, it’s an odd feeling; when someone you don’t know intimately or close to you personally dies and there is still a profound sense of loss. She’s always been there, the Queen, my entire life and I dare say for your entire life also. I'm not a royalist, not by any stretch, but admire how the Queen approached the life she was born into.

Camera: Fuji Xpro3

Lens; Fuji 16mm F/1.4

Fuji Colour Profile: Classic Negative. I'd not used this for a while. I made slight adjustments, deepening the blacks, in Adobe Lightroom.
