Street Portraits in Tottenham Court Road

The Street Photography gods were onside yesterday when I landed at Tottenham Court Road: The newspaper escalator moment (see here) made for a pretty cool opening shot and then this beautiful pocket of light just outside the station. It's changed around this part of town, the area has undergone massive redevelopment, and the station entrance/exit is now a glass structure, and such is it's positioning it catches the light and bounces it all over the place. I also got lucky meeting up with someone I'd taken portraits of before and managed to capture some shots of him in the light. When you get a gift of light like this there is no need to move anywhere. Anything will look beautiful in this light.
