I was 10 years old in 1980 when West Ham last one a major trophy; the FA Cup. I wasn’t at the game but myself and two friends, Terry and Alan were excited to go to the open bus parade and ended up in Stratford … on the wrong day. I missed it. I wasn’t going to miss this one.
