My approach to wedding photography is an artistic one so it is very important that I have the logistics of the day firmly in mind as it frees me up creatively to create your wedding photography to the best of my abilities. I advise keeping formal group shots to a minimum and I’ve created a recommended list for these however please do add to the list as required.

Please include any additional shots below. Also quite often there will be step parents and of course as is sometimes the case some family members are no longer with us so please advise of this below. Occasionally couples will require a big group shot of everyone at the wedding. This can often impact on time so please note this will have to be taken into account especially where there are a lot of guests

Time you can allow for B&G portraits

Ideally I will have 30 minutes for this. 45 mins is great and I can, if required shoot them in 15 minutes. It really is up to you. Please note my approach to shooting portraits is fun, artistic and not cheesy in anyway. It is also a great time for the Bride & Groom to be together on a day when they are quite often surrounded by guests and family. i.e. you can use this is a little magic time together.

BREAKDOWN of the DAY

Possibly the most important section. Please give as thorough a breakdown of the day as possible. Whilst my approach to photographing weddings is free flowing and creative it is important I have a firm idea of times. Some weddings are less anchored to specific times and deadlines as others and still ... share as much information here is a possible. For example ... Time of Bridal Prep (ideally I would have a minimum of 90 mins in prep).
